We are very happy with the progress we are making on our new wholesome Gluten free brown bread.  All the flours are blended in a certified gluten free mill.  We take the utmost care when we mix it, to insure no cross contamination as we share manufacturing space with spelt based products.  Our customers say it is the best they've ever tasted.  As we are still developing this recipe, let us know what you think.  Tell us if you would like to see this bread "yeast free".

NEW! Gluten Free Brown Bread

Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Buckwheat, Carob, Sugar Beet Fibre, Xanthan Gum, Eggs, Sunflower Oil,  Light Muscavado Sugar, Sea Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Yeast.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Shelf Life (refrigerated- BEST PROCESS) 1 week:  For best results, keep refrigerated at all times, in poly bag.

Shelf Life (unrefrigerated): 3 days

Freezing:  For best results, slice up the loaf when you get home , and wrap each slice individually, or separate with wax/ greaseproof paper.  Take out by the slice and toast or thaw.
