Focaccia’s


The rich flavours of the Mediterranean come alive with our range of Focaccia, an Italian style hearth bread. Their unique appearance and delicious flavour make them the ideal accompaniment for any occasion. Try our speciality bread in a variety of delicious combinations.
All of our Focaccia’s are spelt sourdough based dough, infused with herbs and spices to enhance the flavour of the dough. Generously garnished with various combinations of Ingredients and basted in extra virgin olive oil.

Dough: Spelt flour, sourdough, spring water, Italian seasoning, yeast, olive oil, natural sea salt.

Combinations are:
Kalamata Olive and Garlic Focaccia

Olive and Garlic:
kalamata olives, garlic, sunflower oil.

Parmesan, Basil and olive oil.

The rich flavours of sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, and basil combine to make a tasty loaf.
