Gluten Free

I've been on a gluten free diet for a while and tried I think every other rice bread on the market . All the ones tried to date are dry if not cardboard in texture and taste, so when my friend said ''Try this'' your rice bread from Totnes market I was truly impressed. It has excellent texture and taste . is moist and absolutely delicious toasted. I shall be recommending this to any one else I know who can't tolerate gluten. Thank you a million times for producing such a gem"
